Wish I would have taken the time to look up these people long before now. I guess when your in a bind you grab the first one that's able to get to you. This time I needed a whole new A/C system and had them come quote me. So glad I did. They have been around for many years and not going anywhere. All very professional and honest. Arrives on time. Job started at 7 and they were leaving the job around 1:15. My best advice is try them and I'm sure you will end up using them. You won't be sorry.

My parents used Menard's when I was a kid (shout out to Mr*****), so when I grew up and bought a home (and later a rental property), I called them first. Obviously, things have changed over the years, but their honest reputation has remained with me and my family. They arrive quickly, work efficiently, assess the situation fairly, and are reasonably priced.

My house is a little over a year old but we started having problems with our ac. I called the original company that installed the unit only to be surprised they wanted to charge me $700 just for labor. I was very upset and called Menard's not realizing it was after hours. They returned my call immediately and told me they wou Id find the part I needed the next morning. My ac was fixed by 11:00 the next day for only $225. I highly recommend Menard's. Everybody was so friendly!
Over the past weekend, my upstairs A/C unit stopped cooling. I called and asked them to fix the unit on the following Monday. They called me promptly on Monday am to assure me that they would put me on the repair list. The technician was swamped on a Monday but still came to my home at 6:30 PM to fix the unit. He educated me as to what exactly went wrong and had the unit up and running in 15 minutes. I really won't ever use anyone else and thank you to Dustin for being so dedicated and polite. I wish all service technicians were as professional and kind as you!

I reached out to multiple HVAC companies in Lafayette for a complete system replacement. Menard's was by far and away the best of the bunch. Angela took to the time to understand exactly what our needs were, she explained our options, educated us on the pros and cons of each, and didn't try to oversell us. Bottom line is Menard's knocked it out of the park at each phase of the job. Menards went above and beyond with excellent attention to detail, customer service, and quality product. You know what impresses me about Menards? The technician who replaced my AC/Heating unit today is the same technician who installed the old one almost 21 years ago. Some Menard employees have been there for their entire career. That says it all!
