Menard’s Air Conditioning and Heating was founded in 1969 by Floyd Menard. Growing up on a farm Floyd learned early in life the value and importance of hard work. Playing music at night to help fund his business, Mr. Menard worked diligently to grow the company into what it is today. In 1998, Floyd asked his daughter Angela to come to work alongside him and carry on what he worked to build. Today, Floyd, Angela, and their dedicated team continue to work together with the honesty, integrity, and the dedication it takes to run a small business.

We offer top-quality equipment, experienced personnel, and excellent service… plus a reputation of integrity and dependability that assures your complete satisfaction.

Not every dealer qualifies as a Trane Comfort Specialist. This requires meeting Trane’s stringent standards and being committed to above-average installations, service, customer satisfaction and continuing employee training. Ongoing training is imperative to keep up to date with the latest technology, ensuring that a customer receives a system that is designed to achieve maximum efficiency, reliability and comfort.

Meet Our Team
Angela Menard-Morvant
Owner
Angela is the daughter of Floyd Menard and has been employed with Menard's A/C & Heating since 1998. She is the office manager and a sales associate with the company. She is past President and a current board member of the Acadiana Chapter of HVACR Association of LA and is currently serving as President of the Louisiana HVACR Association. She attends extensive training in the industry to better serve our team and our customers.
Floyd Menard
Owner
Floyd Menard is the Owner of Menard's A/C & Heating, which he established in March of 1969. Floyd has been in the Air Conditioning industry for over 50 years. Floyd is a Certified GeoExchange Designer, wherein he provides design, installation and technical assistance on residential and light commercial geothermal projects. Floyd and his co-workers are all certified Trane Comfort Specialists. They have all had extensive training in Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Air Quality. He continues to be an active member of the Acadiana Heat Pump Association and he is a past President of the Acadiana the Heat Pump Association. Menard's is also a member of the Acadian Home Builders Association.
